Hi! I'm Amanda Garant. I'm the one on the right. The one on the left is Ziggy. Ziggy would probably be great at welding, if only he had opposable thumbs.
My art is inspired by the beauty and adventure of Montana's wild places. Whether I'm backpacking through the Absarokas, biking the ridgelines around Helena, cutting firewood for the winter, or trellising tomatoes in our garden-- I spend my days soaking in all that makes Montana the Last Best Place.
I'm overjoyed to bring that beauty and adventure of Montana into your home.
I work with a range of mediums -- everything from natural fibers to recycled metals. Each piece is unique, handcrafted with deliberate care right here in Montana and handmade especially for you.
I am grateful for the physical ability to work with my hands each day. I am grateful for the years I've spent learning alongside other passionate craftsmen and women, whether digging tread on a trail crew, growing vegetables on an organic farm, or swinging a hammer as a blacksmith. Now, I'm grateful for the opportunity to create Montana inspired, Montana made art for you.
Thank you so much for joining me on this exciting journey. May your days and years be filled with all the beauty and adventure that the world and the Treasure State have to offer.
